How does it work? It all starts with the client software running on each location’s POS server. This client is a small application that is set up to transfer employee and payroll data at various intervals throughout the day. You have full control over how frequently the data is delivered to the server. The data is sent to the server, using secure FTP over a broadband internet connection, and then loaded in to a MySQL database. Once there, it is available for reporting using our simple and easy to navigate interface. This includes receiving the import files via e-mail (or download) that can then be imported in your payroll system. Once you schedule the receipt of the payroll integration data file e-mails, the only step necessary is to load those files in to your payroll system.
